Alyssa Elias, Psy.D.

Licensed Psychologist and Certified School Psychologist

Dr. Elias is a tenured school psychologist with over a decade of experience helping children, adolescents, and families. Dr. Elias is passionate about helping children with developmental differences build meaningful social connections, strengthen emotion regulation skills, and guiding families through life’s transitions. As a certified PEERS and Sibshop facilitator, Dr. Elias is dedicated to creating inclusive spaces where children feel understood, connected, and empowered. In addition to her clinical work, she has served as an Adjunct Professor, teaching graduate-level courses in school psychology, and actively contributes to research and education. Her work includes co-authoring chapters on childhood leukemia and pediatric cancer in an APA-published guidebook and presenting at professional conferences on topics such as inclusion, executive functioning, and sibling supports. Dr. Elias believes every child has unique strengths, and her goal is to help families nurture those abilities. Outside of work, Dr. Elias loves traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and her car-loving three-year-old son!
